Comfortable and Cozy Atmosphere
The restaurant was on the smaller side, but it served delicious breakfast. I really enjoyed the tasty dishes I had here. The bathroom was fairly clean, and the walk-in shower was super awesome. 🚿

The staff was extremely friendly, incredibly kind, and everything was very good. Location: the hotel was right by the medina of taxis restaurants, Bab Boujloud, and commercial markets. Tried some nice meals at Palais Laraichi, located near the venue:)))

The food was quite delicious, and it had a great variety, from smoothies to crepes and milkshakes. The location was fantastic, it was close to cultural centers, restaurants, and commercial markets. Plus, the workers were eager to help with tour guides and extra facilities needed.
Although the layout of the place was acceptable and comfortable, it had no elevator, which made it difficult to move around with heavy bags and suitcases. the bathroom and shower were tiny and not very clean, and the street noise was too loud.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, they really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Secondly, the location was perfect, right on the edge of the Medina, making it easy to explore the city. And finally, the rooms on the second floor were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. The breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I especially loved the hot water showers, they were the best I had during my entire trip to Morocco. Speaking of which, the hotel also had great attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable stay even in the chilly weather.
Honestly, everything was okay, couldn't ask for more!

Our Christmas stay was a good experience overall. The hotel's key location gave us easy access to the city's attractions and sights. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and clean.
We were disappointed that there was no swimming pool available. , the hotel is not very family-friendly as there are two flights of steep stairs, which could pose a challenge for families with young children or elderly people.
